My name is Michael Alliman. I started REconcile after years of working in (very) small and large companies as accountant, controller, CFO, and other senior management positions in public accounting and industry. After starting a few small businesses, I realized that the business people who are least likely to take the time to accurately keep their financial records in order are sales professionals. It's not that you don't want to have accurate financial information, it's either that you don't know how, or, frankly, you don't want to do administrative tasks when sales is your talent.

As the current and former owner of small businesses, I saw a need:

We don't just dump reports on you. We'll take the time each month to go over any questions or concerns you might have regarding your financial performance.
Each month you will receive a Profit and Loss Statement (P&L) that is presented in a simple, easy to understand format. You will also receive a balance sheet, and we can customize reporting to meet your needs.
We offer additional a-la-carte services (such as budgeting, payroll, Human Resources, and others) that you can add as you grow your team, giving you seamless reporting whether you are just starting your career, or are well on your way to becoming a top producer!
