We aren't going to train you to be financial wizards. We are going to encourage you to be the Sales Wizard you are, and leave the finances to us. Simple reporting and follow up in "real people talk", not accountant-speak.

Why Real Estate?

As an accountant, I was intrigued when I read The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, years ago. I was in awe of how the authors broke down the specific details - down to the number of appointments needed to be at a millionaire-level of success. As a "systems guy", I was fascinated.

Years later, when I decided to slow down and really specialize I knew I wanted to help small to medium sized businesses, and after talking to a MAPS coach I realized I'd found my niche. Real Estate attracts the best-of-the best in sales people.  Where I saw the opportunity  was in providing the reporting needed to turn a sales person into a business owner and a team builder.

I'm not a coach, and I don't take on that role. But I will prepare what you need to run your business, and provide simple to use reporting that will give you comparisons against MREA best practices. If you are working with a coach, I will be happy to customize reporting that works best for you and your coach.

Our Goal

We completely understand that our success is only possible with your success. We want to grow with you. We want to earn the position of "trusted adviser" to your business, not just your bookkeeper.

Our Team

Michael Alliman
Founder

Michael earned a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Bachelor's in Business Administration (Accounting Major) from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.  After a few years with Price Waterhouse (now Price Waterhouse Coopers) Michael left public accounting for industry and enjoyed a 20+ year career in the fresh produce industry in key positions including Sales, General Manager, President, CEO, CFO, and Vice President of Operations and Logistics.  With a passion for small business, Michael started a management consulting firm in the mid 1990's with the emphasis on start-ups, turnarounds, and growth.

In 2010 Michael merged his company (Alliman Financial Consulting) with Consulting Services International (CSI) and became the driving force behind their strategic growth and marketing.  His clients have included Agricultural organizations, financial groups, medical offices, cities, state agencies, distribution facilities and artists.  As a gifted author and public speaker, Michael has trained and entertained thousands through engaging, hands-on seminars, sessions, and motivational speeches to groups large and small.

Daylene Alliman
Strategist

Daylene has been a business consultant in both the private and public sectors for over 20 years, specializing in Human Resources, Administration, and Coaching.  A graduate of the University of Phoenix, Daylene has a Masters of Arts degree in Organizational Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Social Science from Portland Sate University   Daylene is nationally certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resource Management through the Human Resource Certification Institute  holds a Coaching certification through the Ford Institute at JFK University, and is a 2004 graduate of Leadership Monterey Peninsula.  Daylene is also an Adjunct Professor of Human Resources at Brandman University.

Daylene has developed and managed the Human Resources and Administrative functions in a variety of non-profit, high-tech, start up, and B2B environments.  She is described as an expert in knowing how to turn an organization's vision into reality.  Daylene specializes in strategic and organizational development; executive, line managers, and staff levels of hiring; employee relations; investigation of harassment and hostile work environment claims; performance management; HR Administration and Operations; and, coaching.  Her expertise includes working with companies undergoing managerial transition and organizational change, and developing programs to improve employee productivity and morale.  Daylene has consulted non-profit, private, and public entities in Portland, Oregon, San Diego, California, and the Monterey Bay area of California.
