Why Real Estate?As an accountant, I was intrigued when I read The Millionaire Real Estate Agent, years ago. I was in awe of how the authors broke down the specific details - down to the number of appointments needed to be at a millionaire-level of success. As a "systems guy", I was fascinated.
Years later, when I decided to slow down and really specialize I knew I wanted to help small to medium sized businesses, and after talking to a MAPS coach I realized I'd found my niche. Real Estate attracts the best-of-the best in sales people. Where I saw the opportunity was in providing the reporting needed to turn a sales person into a business owner and a team builder. I'm not a coach, and I don't take on that role. But I will prepare what you need to run your business, and provide simple to use reporting that will give you comparisons against MREA best practices. If you are working with a coach, I will be happy to customize reporting that works best for you and your coach. |
